Advanced Diet (Nutrition Book)
Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbls. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- Stevia or Xylitol – equal to 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbls. pure vanilla
- 1 medium granny smith apple, pealed and grated
- ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line muffin tins with paper liners or silicone cups. Mix all the wet ingredients together. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Let the batter stand for 10 minutes, then fill muffin cups. Bake for approximately 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
