Ingredients:
- ½ cup refried beans
- ½ cup salsa, hot or mild
- 2 T. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together. Serve with nacho chips or pita wedges. The dip can also be used as a high protein sandwich spread with peppers slices, broccoli sprouts, and lettuce.
