Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup xylitol, pulverized into icing sugar using a coffee grinder or sweeten with stevia
- 5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- stevia to taste
Instructions:
- Cream butter until fluffy
- Add xylitol “icing sugar” and blend
- Slowly add remaining ingredients and blend
