- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cooked pureed beets
- stevia to taste – I used about 10 drops of liquid stevia
Combine all the ingredients together until well blended. Place in the fridge and chill well.
