Advanced Diet Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbls. plain yogurt
- ½ tsp. Dijon prepared mustard
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika to garnish
Instructions:
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the avocado, lemon, yogurt and mustard and mash together with the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg white halves, them sprinkle with paprika.
