Advanced Diet
Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 large cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, corsely chopped
- 3 large garlics, minced
- 1 Tbls. red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbls. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Puree the above ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Place in a bowl, then add salt and pepper.
Add:
- 1 pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
Serve alone or add grated Asiago cheese as a topping
