Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
- 4 tablespoons cocoa, cacao or carob powder
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- Drops of liquid stevia to taste – you will not need much, if any
Method:
- Soak the dates in water, (just covered), for a few hours, drain the dates and reserve the water
- Put the dates in the food processor and process until almost a paste
- Add the remaining ingredients except the cacao nibs and stevia
- Process until blended, but leave the nuts a little chunky
- Add the cacao nibs and blend just a little more
- Roll the “dough” into a greased glass container.
- Refrigerate and cut into 1 inch pieces

Unsweetened coconut water (1L), juice of 3 oranges, Stevia to taste!
