Healthy Raspberry Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3-4 drops of stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 cups of chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend using an emersion blender (or regular blender). Blend well.
- Fold in the chia and mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowls
