Core Diet
Makes 40 Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped turkey kolbasa
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried crushed oregano
- pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all ingredients, except the pizza sauce. Distribute the mixture into greased mini muffin tins. Fill to the top and press down. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce.
