Advanced Diet
Ingredients:
- 6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, tightly packed
- 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 Tablespoons caraway seeds
Instructions:
Combine the carrots and red cabbage. In a separate bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and parsley. Before serving, add the dressing and the seeds and blend well.
