Advanced Diet Serves 4
- 3 tins no-salt sardines packed in water
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 shallots or ½ red onion, finely diced
- 5 Tbls. chopped parsley
- Juice of ¾ – 1 lemon
Place sardines on a plate. Mix the tomatoes, onion and parsley together and use the veggies to garnish the sardines.. Drizzle lemon over everything.
