INGREDIENTS
- 2 cooked acorn squashes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbls. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- Stevia to taste
PREPARATION
- • In a saucepan, mash the squash, then add the coconut milk.
- • Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
- • Cook until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
